When we unboxed the Jovi-mindly＆Notchies 96 PCS Wooden Blocks set, our first impression was pleasantly simple: real wood, clean shapes, and a storage bag that didn’t feel like an afterthought. The pieces invite the kind of open-ended building we like to see in our shop—towers that wobble, bridges that somehow hold, and little “cities” that appear in minutes. For ages 4–8, the set hits a sweet spot: structured enough to teach balance, symmetry, and patience, yet loose enough to keep imagination in charge. We also appreciate the FSC certification, which helps us feel better about stocking wooden toys. Still, we’ll be looking closely at durability, finish smoothness, and how well the bag holds up to daily use.
