15Pk Colored Plywood Review: Laser Engraving Sheet?
We opened the 15Pk Colored Plywood set expecting craft-grade variety, and the first impression is all about color and consistency. Each 12x12x1/10in sheet feels sturdy enough for small builds, yet thin enough to feed through most laser beds without drama. In our test engraves, the surface took fine lines cleanly, and the contrast popped nicely on several shades-though darker colors needed a touch more dialing-in to keep details crisp. Cutting performance was generally smooth, with only occasional edge darkening that sands out quickly. What we like most is the convenience of having multiple colors ready to go for layered signs, ornaments, and inlays. The big question: is it “laser-ready”? For most hobby projects, we’d say yes-with minor settings tweaks.
