When we cracked open this 12 Pack Black Walnut Plywood Sheets set, the first thing we noticed was how “shop-ready” it felt: twelve uniform 12x12x1/8 inch (3mm) panels with a clean, natural walnut face and no shiny finish to fight with. For our laser cutting and engraving tests, the thin profile promised crisp detail without the bulk, and the surface took pencil marks well when we sketched layouts before committing to a cut. We also ran a few pieces through the scroll saw and liked the manageable stiffness-flexible enough for small craft shapes, but not flimsy. In this review, we’ll dig into consistency, burn behavior, edge quality, and whether the value holds up for repeat projects.
