The PATIKIL 7x5x0.01" Chipboard Sheets arrived as a tidy stack of 40 white boards, labeled 12PT thick—promising sturdiness without turning every project into a wrestling match. We tested them the way we always do: scoring, folding, wrapping with paper, and stacking under weight overnight. The surface took adhesive cleanly and stayed smooth under cover stock, while the smaller 7x5 size felt tailor-made for mini journals and inserts. Still, we kept an eye on edge fuzzing and consistency across sheets—details that decide whether a “good” board becomes our go-to.

HOMSFOU Foam Board Review: Right Material for Our Shop?
