In our shop, counter space is precious and cleanup needs to be fast, so we put the Simply Genius Flexible Cutting Board Set through a real-workday test. The 4-pack arrives in bright, color-coded mats that make it easy for us to separate produce, raw meat, and everything in between—without turning our prep station into a cluttered mess. Each 11.5 x 15-inch board feels thin enough to store anywhere, yet sturdy enough to handle quick slicing and dicing. We especially liked the flexible “scoop and pour” bend for moving chopped ingredients straight into a pan. After service, it’s a simple rinse or a run through the dishwasher. Still, we want to see how the surfaces hold up to heavy, repeated knife work.
