When we first unboxed the RATTMMOTOR CNC Wood Router Machine Kit, it felt like inviting a tiny factory onto our workbench. This 3‑axis DIY mini CNC, driven by GRBL control and paired with an offline controller, promises a smoother path from sketch to shavings—without keeping a laptop tethered to the shop. We tested it with the included 775 spindle motor and ER11 collet on familiar materials: wood, acrylic, and a bit of PVC, paying close attention to setup time, calibration fussiness, and how confidently it traced tight corners.
