We took the Readywares Firewood Carrier out for a few weekend runs to see if it’s just campfire charm or a genuinely useful shop-side tote. The tan waxed canvas feels rugged in hand-like it wants to be tossed on gravel, leaned against a truck bed, and kept moving. What stood out most was how the sling-style design cradles an uneven bundle of logs without fighting us, while the handles stay comfortable enough for a short haul from stack to stove. It’s not a miracle worker: overloading it turns “easy carry” into “forearm workout.” Still, for campers, wood-stove folks, or anyone shuttling scrap in the shop, it’s a tidy, good-looking helper that earns its space.
