In our shop, the DEWALT DWHT70277 Compound Action Long Nose Pliers quickly earned a spot within arm’s reach. At 9 inches, they give us that extra reach into crowded electrical boxes and tight corners without feeling awkward or floppy. The compound action is the headline: it multiplies our hand force in a way that makes stubborn bends and firm squeezes feel more controlled than demanding. We also appreciated the slim long-nose profile for grabbing small fasteners and guiding wire precisely, especially when visibility is limited. Finished in black and built with that familiar DEWALT sturdiness, these pliers come across as practical, not flashy-exactly what we want when a tool needs to perform quietly, day after day.
